Generic Name: CARBAMAZEPINE
Indications/Uses: Is used as anticonvulsant
Administration: Should be taken with food: Avoid grapefruit juice.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to carbamazepine
Special Precautions: History of blood disorders, cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease.
