Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priorityWe maintain a strict policy of satisfaction on all our products and services. 

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive your order with the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect product 
  • Expired product 
  • Damaged item 
  • Incomplete Order 
  • Doctor change the prescription 
  • Death of a patient 

Please notify us immediately or within 72 hours upon received of the products. Please note that iMed Pharmacy will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 72 hours of receipt. 

Customer cannot return non-refundable items, i.e., vials, ampules, loose tablets and reconstituted powder for suspension. It is Customer’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order. 

Please note iMed Pharmacy require special handling/or protective packaging. This is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order and in that case return of items should be handle with care also. 
 

RETURN POLICY EXEMPTION: 

Please note that if the Customer made a mistake of ordering the wrong item, he/ she will shoulder the delivery fee. 

  

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY 

At iMed Pharmacy, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below: 
 
Full Refund Possible If: 

  • The ordered product is lost or damaged during transit 
  • You have received the item (s) that has crossed the expiry date 
  • You received a defective item or faulty

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancelled orders:

1. Payment made will be refunded through iMed wallet.

2. Customer is responsible for a cancellation fee of 20 Php.
