Generic Name: AMLODIPINE
Indications/Uses: Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), chest pain (angina) and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease.
Administration: May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications: Severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock.
Special Precautions: Liver disease; or a heart valve problem called aortic stenosis.
Side Effects: Dizziness; hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
