Generic Name: ALLOPURINOL
Indications/Uses: Prevention of acute gouty arthritis & nephropathy
Administration: Should be taken with food: Do not chew. Take with a generous quantity of liquid after a meal.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to allopurinol or to any of the other excipients.
Special Precautions: Avoid food with high purine content and alcohol. Discontinue if hypersensitivity reactions occur.
