DIRECTIONS: 
Step 1: Remove the protective clear plastic cap vertically and hold the Sterimar bottle with your index finger completely over the nozzle. 
Step 2: Press the nozzle briefly to prime the spray
Step 3: Lay your little one lying down or tilt the head to one side while sitting up
Step 4: Insert the nozzle in the upper nostril. Press down the nozzle to release the spray. Repeat for the other nostril. 
-For nasal hygiene and preventive spray, press briefly.
-For cleansing of mucus or blocked nose, press for several seconds Let any excess fluid flow out before wiping the nose
Step 5: Remove the nozzle and rinse it with soap and water after each use before refitting it.
